Vindicta's ultimate sniper is incorrectly scaled. The ultimate sensitivity is calculated using the Zoom Sensitivity Ratio, but applies an additional sensitivity reduction (~10-20%) on top.

After some testing I have found that Vindicta's ult sensitivity does not match zoom sensitivity. The sensitivity for vindicta ult is about 95% of zoomed sensitivity when set at 100%. Not sure if this is intended, but it feels clunky having to practice multiple sensitivities depending on hero...
