Unsure if this me or if this is a bug, but characters in profile and in shop are blacked out as if they haven't been unlocked yet.

My best guess is Rising Ram is treating the projectile part of Napalm as an enemy hero or jungle creep and colliding with it.

Tried switching to Viscous in the hideout and found I was in ball form without pressing ult. Friend's could see it as well so it was not just a client sided issue. Reloaded my game and he was fine.
