Pros:
Gives a decent reward to tracking flying movement, and makes cheesy wall-jump tricks a little more dangerous.
Being conditional, it isn't a continuous damage boost, making it semi-unreliable/match-up specific.
Being just a damage buff, it makes flying movement riskier without actually...
I want a 1600 item that goes like this:
+5% spirit res
+10% reload speed
Passive: increases weapon damage by 25% on targets that are off the ground.
I think jumping is too strong in this game, and I want something to punish overly movement-happy players/characters.
