Randomly will get a frame drop to 30-40 fps from 140+, usually near guardians/guardian shop and never occurs outside of lane. no change in GPU usage is reported by task manager and telemetry ui. Only happens in id say about 1 out of every 8 games with client restarts in between. Not restarting...
