I think I might see what you mean now. If you set the extra info keybind to V, then you cannot set the upgrade ability keybind to V+1 You're right, only being able to use a combo of ALT+*, CTRL+*, or SHIFT+* for upgrades isn't great.

These settings below are working for me, but the catch is that it doesn't open the extra info window. So while the ability does upgrade and the keys I chose to test with worked, I can't actually see what level the ability is until I open the extra info view, so that's awkward. It would...
