yeah, if you only have 1 charge, using Blasted T2 is more like refreshing your Bashdown cooldown, so use it once before Blasting :)

seems like matchmaking thought it was "more fair" to put you against somebody that had the same "hero rank" as your Bebop/Shiv over a longer queue time searching for somebody with the same hero rank as your Holiday/Pocket, even with the priority set...
