Ammo Scavenger has a limit of 12 stacks and it also inadvertently means that you can only receive 2 bullets back per secured soul 12 times. After that neither of the buffs continue to build up (spirit stacking limited makes sense, but not the bullets)
I think the intended behavior should be...
Ability cannot be upgraded by clicking it, or holding tab and pressing ability key if the tether is active.
(You can see character shooting instead of UI being clicked)
Previously (before today's patch July 5th 2024), if you held tab and pressed ability key when you had points or ability unlocks it instantly upgraded them or unlocked them, now it is no longer the case and instead mis-casts the ability while the UI is open.
I hope it is a bug or a placeholder, but it sounds not fitting for the ability and also very loud.

It does not show on the replay, as far as I understand, but during real game, both teams were destroying a weakened patron and Amber has (actually) got it first, but on in-game UI it displayed Sapphire team victory. Maybe we destroyed patrons at the same tick or frame or whatever? Then post-game...
