are there any patch notes of this?

I don't know if this is a supposed nerf, but the 3rd ability deals "bullet damage" as shown in the incoming damage screen. Funnily enough, this damage can't be negated by either spirit or bullet resist items. I couldn't find anything regarding if this was a nerf and it still says in the ability...
