I'm also experiencing this, I run a 4070 and a ryzen 3600 16gb of ram. FPS is fine, max settings. GPU/CPU output all at normal levels, but there is reliable rubberband lag occuring. Its quite frustrating as many times it occurs during team fights. I hope its on my end, and that I can rectify it...
