If you look at the post-game scoreboard (either after the game itself or in your match history), When you hover over a player a red "R" button appears which is the game's built in report feature. Probably more likely to get the attention it deserves if you report like that that.

As an addendum to D-49, you can actually stand on the gargoyle itself, the very tip of his head appears to poke out of the clip brush (i guess its not a brush in source 2 but you know what I mean). Its hard to do as mantling at the wrong spot will grab onto the clip itself and you'll slide off...
When you launch the game for the first time in a day, it will create a completely empty folder with that days date in "Project8Staging/game/citadel/rpt" and then do absolutely nothing with it. It never makes any files in there or anything, it just creates the folder.

I had this bug happen too, match ID 109039, happened at around 21:48, Yellow lane on the Sapphire team's side by the guardians right in front of the base. Somehow got fixed around 31:10 when an enemy Vindicta shot at the containers and they broke open.
