Also happened today on yellow lane while I was playing with wraith. I was in a fight so i panicked and needed to tp somewhere safe so i ended up on top of the map. Match id 37235434 around 12mins.
After dying to Haze and respawning I was unable to use any of my abilities. Game was saying "You are busy" when I tried to use them. Using items worked fine.
