Bump I was hoping this patch would fix the problem, seems like it was ignored :(

Mystic Burst/Tankbuster, Quicksilver Reload/Mercurial Magnum do charge over time, however Spirit Rend, Siphon Bullets, and Escalating Exposure just have a cooldown

As you can see in the attached video, the enemy can move freely through the wall without getting damaged or silenced.

It just subtracts self-damage from healing. You can see that by hovering your mouse over your healing stat

Splitshot does work on Bebop, although 1)The split lasers are not visible 2)The beams are split unevenly
