This is his account. Not sure if there can be a manual adjust of some kind, or if it will go down naturally to a more reasonable rank after a handful of games, but I really would prefer for him to not have to go on a 30 game losing...
There is a hole in the skybox underneath the bridge that goes over the yellow lane. It can be used by Wraith (and possibly other heroes) to get on top of the skybox and play from there.

Prior to the shop rework patch, you could move around the map in a paused demo. Now when the demo is paused, you unable to do anything but switch between players.
This is specifically limiting for me as a content creator, though I'm sure it's also annoying for high level players reviewing demos.
