same here, but launching with -dx11 fixed it. i think it has to do with an "out of date" graphics driver (even though it's the latest one i can get). i'm playing on an AMD laptop APU (ryzen 3 4300U)

i was spectating someone and hovered over their item to see the info popup (holding tab). when i respawned the popup stayed open, covering the bottom right corner of my screen. did not disappear using the shop or pressing tab. only happened once so far so i forgot to test a bit more methodically.
