Just updating, its seemingly fixed for me after a recent update. I've been unable to recreate it in a custom and it hasn't happened in a few games :)

It's happened to me nearly every game on Yamato recently. I've even had 2 of my abilities taken at one time. Genuinely makes the game unplayable at times.
