This happens all the time with me as well, have stable 30ms ping.

For some reason sometimes your active items slots are considered blocked and you can't place any items there.

Damage per bullet info on players doesn't mean a thing. Just played game against infernus, stats shows 8 bullet damage while I take 20, how to understand that? Does they stack bullets and deal them as 1 damage tick?
