Got the same thing. no way to reconnect, match not registered

Happened to me aswell in a game running on windows 10. Match id 14185998

Had a similar problem where every 5-10 sec the screen would go black and whole PC would stutter. Tried to close game and my PC completely froze and needed to press the power button.
