    Build randomly became un-editable and disabled the browser for the same character.

    Was making a McG build but the edit button is grayed out and I can't open the build browser, but only for McG and no other heroes.

    Swapping the position of 2 build categories causes the category taking another's place to also take its name.

    Steps to recreate: Create 2 categories in a build, each with different names. Add at least one item to each. Drag the second category so that it is positioned in front of the first one, swapping their order. This should cause the name swap.
