Happened in match 42917482, around 15 minutes in. Picking up a new urn and dropping it fixed the gun.

Still an issue in the current game version. Match ID 8990347, I crash as Warden after a power failure and have a broken map on restart. Tried reconnecting again, manually, to fix the map but the game treated it as an abandon and I couldn't get back into the match.
