Hey man I appreciate you watching the clip but you can actually just replicate this yourself in training mode. If you don't believe the clip is a good example of the hook being bugged, just try it for yourself in training mode. It's definitely bugged.

Match ID 11289865, around 7:10 on the replay Paradox wall seems to only sometimes function vs Bebop hook. You can also replicate in sandbox pretty consistently, typically the first hook will actually be slowed correctly, however subsequent hooks go straight through the wall. Video attached.
