    Game crash due corrupted file

    I am getting the same crash with .vpk file corrupted over and over, repeatedly asking to verify game files, updates the files, then the same thing. I don't know which recent update has caused this error.

    I am experiencing a similar issue on Arch Linux based distro. AMD CPU and GPU. Have only experienced this kind of seemingly internet dropouts on Deadlock, not on CS2 or other types games. I did not see this issue when I was on Windows.
