had same happen to me tho no viscous cube or anything just ulted an ivy, killed her, fell through the map and respawned in the tunnels. This was 34 mins in to a game where i was the most fed and gave the opponents a free mid boss into game win (cos I had to killme for 80s death timer)

For some reason Mina has a delay on her sanguine retreat when you have instant cast and either hold or double tap to self cast active. It's rather annoying to have on an ability that you want to quickly use to dodge stuff, please fix it. Thanks
