    This issue persists, and can almost certainly confirm it's when sliding and trying to upgrade an ability. Holding Ctrl then pressing Alt and <Number> doesn't register as an upgrade.

    To work around it, I need to clear queue and re-queue the build. For example, in Match ID 46550182 as Mina, Restorative Locket was queued up, despite it being in Build ID 240025's optional 'Optional Laning' section. It may have something to do with me a few weeks ago manually unqueuing them...

    It seems like potentially due to Ctrl being held while pressing it, so Ctrl+Alt+4 isn't also working as Alt+4. Would explain why I've noticed it more on Vyper, since she's always sliding.

    Which GPU and driver version? What resolution are you running at? What were you doing in-game when in crashed?
