A hypothetical Speed Magazine would be interesting, but I agree about it messing with the game design.

I think anything that would offer an even quicker reload than Quicksilver would have to come with a downside, like Glass Cannon's cleaving away your max health. I think the singular small boost you can outright buy is balanced out by the fact it's not too crazy and it takes a single slot...
