As the title says, played Vindicta and while being slowing hexed and urgently pressing 2 (which didn't go through), I was Wraith ulted and teleported down lane from near yellow walker to near church.

Possibly, but we didn't have those items in the hideout. I will get a new clip from there once I am online with friends again, because it is simply the same itneraction for Infernus, even with no items.
I didn't have Divine Barrier in the clip (and I think neither did Doorman) and when we tried it in the hideout practice range neither of us had Divine Barrier either. Unless Divine Barrier changes parameters outside of having the item, then I would doubt that.
When Infernus dashes and Doorman throws his cart at him, Infernus gets thrown back but then teleports forward, as if the dash negates the cart. This happened to me in MatchID: 62320988 at 0:46 as the video shows, but I think this happened again the same match. We tested it in the practice range...
