I am also experiencing this on the Australian servers, random game hitches that occur during server/ping spikes. Game freezes for a second or two..

Yamato my ult when canceled by doorman it froze my ult animation which stuck for the next life. Also movement bug that makes Yamato look like they're surfing instead of running normally.
