Doorman luggage cart stun seems to trigger despite not colliding with any walls, think its triggering on slight steps/sidewalks.

Have noticed that in some situations mina's sanguine retreat does not go on cooldown. Experienced this in a bot game and seen it once or twice on streams. Maybe intended behavior for it not to go on cooldown when interrupted, but recast bar displays until used again.

pictured, these go all the way down the lane, didn't see them at all earlier in the game and then they were everywhere.
