Update: queued up for a game today, it worked this time. No longer errors out. Menu item for Abandon Match is still janky like in OP screenshot though.

Trying to rejoin ends with the same result. Some UI elements appear for a second after the loading screen, some game sounds as well, then the game returns to the menu with this message. Some menu options are broken.
