There are some words which should be an auto ban, whether in your name or chat (voice much more difficult i assume). There is 0 use for like 10+ words in any context, in or out of the game. Doesnt have to be an extreme filter or high tech solution tbh lol just remove the main words with no use...

and updates sometimes reset your settings. Edit: worst case fix, put your second monitor "above" your current screen. so your less likely to scroll onto it by accident (but still will)

i think there is a setting called full screen focus mode, which i never used but maybe that will force lock it to the correct screen? Im a 1 screen andy tho

Yep spam folder i had it in like a month or 2 ago. It also felt like a dodgy link, and no details on store page and as a kinda random steam friend sent it, i didnt actually click it until i knew the guy a little better

Im from UK and this was a major issue in my early playtime. Had 2 neko scores, and russian had more games lool. I assume its valve trying to quarantine their "playstyle". I only get EU games now i believe. Still maybe 10% russian ragers but not full lobbies talking amongst themselves anymore...

Verify files takes like 2 mins max for me, and why you needing to reboot? thats not part of the process for me. I still verify every hotfix, even though on times if forgotten ive had no issues anymore

TBH i thought it did, or atleast like within 180 degrees. But not super often i test that. maybe its just the lost momentum which im noticing making it easier

LOOOOL, i play viscous and often cube sevens ults, as i noticed it doesnt cancel their ult, thinking im doing them a solid. Noone ever complained, but you telling me it doesnt allow damage and they just didnt notice?

I had the same issue as vindicta with ult. as i got CCed as soon as i scoped. It stopped when i had CD and started ult again. Not sure what you could try other than scoping again which i assume you tried!
