Same, I got it to trigger only after a few tries in hideout. I've got ~1000 hours and I now find myself trying to do it occasionally as the rest of the game is less overwhelming than it used to be.

It isn't just that it's frame perfect. It also doesn't work at certain timestamp within the game and ONLY on certain characters for some timestamps. It's an exploit of a bug in the code. I think Slide-Dash (K-Dash) or something simlare would be awesome to have in the game. But as is, it's...
