Yeah, These parts of the description implies that spellslinger headshots carry on the passive from soul shredder, plus that's how it usually works with other craftable items

Apparently, when you buy spellslinger headshot you don't have the passive from soul shredder bullets. Meaning you don't get the 8% spirit amp or the 18% spirit lifesteal, you only have the 3% spirit amp per headshot
