I meant the one on the right side of the screen, so we can see what exactly caused the damage. Because if you look closely it says that the 126 damage came from a trooper, not from Warden. Do you mind sharing the replay? I'd like to take a closer look.
I can confirm that the bug still exists, someone paused in the same moment I respawned, and then the shop started glowing brighter and brighter and my fps dipped hard, I then reconnected to prevent the game from crashing. In the replay you can't see it happening, but you can still check it out...
Paige patch also didn't resolve the issue :/
Edit: Forgot to mention that unlike op I have everything set to English, so it's not just an issue with Russian localization
I have the exact same issues, also tried verifying the game filex, completely reinstalled, deleted the localization files manually, nothing helped..
I attached the beginning of the console log, in the 3rd segment you can see a lot of localization issues mentioned.
In both game modes you can't really parry guardians, they continue attacking as if nothing happened, you also don't get the melee damage increase afterwards. That way it might teach new players that parrying guardians only blocks 1 melee, also you can't practice remembering the parry stun...
I think I found out the reason for the lag spikes, when Vyper dies she disappears instead of ragdolling, causing the lag. Also spectating or playing her when that happens makes the screen go black except for the hud, as described in my reply here
EDIT: FOUND OUT WHY THE LAG SPIKES HAPPEN: When Vyper dies while sliding she disappears instead of ragdolling, but for some poor souls like me and OP that results in a heavy lag spike..
I just watched one of my replays where I remembered the approximate time of death when a lag spike occured...
I think your post still makes sense since there should be some kind of fail safe to prevent players from locking themselves out of the game. Maybe a prompt that asks you to confirm your choice (after the setting has been applied ofc), similar to how windows does it when you change the resolution...
Same for me, the frame drops are massive, it doesn't even matter if I'm right next to Viper or somewhere else. I'm using a 1080 with Direct3D so it's not Vulkan related I guess. But it drops from ~140fps to what feels like 30 if not lower. Killing viper in the sandbox doesn't have the same...
