gun damage is already really low , you have to shoot someone a million times before they die

the general idea is to add an item that makes your weapons more accurate and have less recoil. maybe it could be multiple tiers, a cheaper version that reduces it by a percentage, and a more expensive version that eliminates all spread and recoil.

bullets are damage over time so this doesn't really work on a fundamental level. the closest thing to a burst damage gun is shiv or viscous alt fire. characters with slow firing guns benefit the most from fire rate items. turning mirage's pistol into a machine gun makes it crazy.

if you sell and rebuy siphon, the damage indicator for it goes away. also, displaying siphon as spirit damage is confusing. it can't proc any spirit debuffs, so it shouldn't be shown as spirit.
