Was queuing up for a game with friends and DCed just when I entered the pre-game lobby where it shows everyone's characters. When I reconnected I found myself in the enemy's side near their tower and was confused.
Demo would later crash after frames dropped to single digits, after prolonged viewing of the demo. Unsure if it is related due to this being a common issue with demo replays.

Bug happened around 18:10, I had phantom strike'd a Mo&Krill as a Viscous which ended up trapping me in the level geometry. I could not use the suicide or unstick hero command. I was able to Phantom strike the same Mo&Krill to escape.
