I thought was something off with my internet, its same for me 20fps with lag spikes, even sometimes game freezes (mostly on haze).

Once i get Billy now its always giving me billy, then same thing happen with Mina. So Logic is - doesn't give you the new hero because you haven't played with him and you are low mmr with him, once you start building mmr you will get it more often...

Just had game vs Lash, and when mina is flying using second skill lash can ground strike her, suppose to be untargetable as skill states, also lash can ult her while she uses second skill again suppose to break lash ult

Nah just latest patch is not optimized as before and they need time to fix FPS drops once again, last time took them like month and half, they dont pretty much care about it as is Alpha. But yeah it's pretty annoying because its cause you to lose the game

can be from any recent match disconnects as bans doesn't happen immediately

i dont think is a bug, because while you are offline char start running away from enemy depends from where they comes, so prob went there

It is indeed broken, suppose to be chain broken when you are out of range or behind cover but doesn't, also ulting him with Wraith or Lash also suppose to broke his chain but it doesn't. Oh Curse also seems doesn't broke chain.

For some reason, Mercurial Magnum doesn't reload bullets on imbued skill as before, had to stay on quick silver whole game because MM was broken
