I just had the same exact thing happen to me. Our shiv was found cheating and about 4 seconds after the vote appeared and all our games crashed. Each time we tried to reconnect the game would crash. I had to abandon and the match doesn't appear in my match history.

When shoulder charging with Abrams I've found if you fail to connect with a surface before the charge ends the person on your shoulder gets stuck in an animation as if they were still on your shoulder despite the duration being over. They are left to float around and appear to not be able to use...
