Definitely needs some tweaks, but I kinda like the concept of rewarding early reloads. If anything, I'd consider bumping it to a 1600 and tweaking numbers from there- it's worth noting that the base reload time reduction is a pretty good boon alone.

Very fun character and moveset. I can feel the vibes at play- especially in Free Spirit, which I think could be fun with unlocked charges. Street Parade doing AoE stun might need careful balancing, though. Could be too much in a teamfight.

Extremely well put-together for the most part, though I think differentiating mid range and close range (two very different use cases) in active gameplay would get irritating. I also think the ult revealing chat would encourage teams to communicate less, which I think would be bad for the game...
Silver Bullet looks like an interesting projectile for closed spaces and Teenage Riot is a fun concept for an ult, but Pink Steam is kind of useless and Blend Tuning is just admittedly uninteresting gambling. I think there's sauce here regardless though.
