The DotA mechanic where leavers have to win a few games in leaver queue is preferable to complete bans

Happens to me almost every game. The only way to fix it appears to be restarting the game.

I mean, I guess I have to call scoreboard here. A character that wins 59% of their matches statistically isn't really in a perfect place. You're, of course, welcome to talk down to newer players and attempt to ensure that no one new joins that game without frustration, if that's your thing.
