Hi, This has been a bug for a while, but maybe you have missed it. Paradox ultimate has a 50 second cooldown after 1 AP put into it.

Same for me here, whenever I try to go into sandbox, a game or spectate the game blackscreens and then crashes. Updates graphic drivers, verified game file integrity, etc
