When is the development team going to admit that OCE needs better matchmaking specifically as a region...

You guys seriously need to do something about the matchmaking in OCE, the game is borderline unplayable purely because of matchmaking. Almost every single one of these games is from my last 16 games played and have a smurf account in them bringing the enemy teams "average rank" further down...

matchid: 38162577 My account was archon 6 at the time of queueing this game and somehow got an arcanist average team going up against an emisarry average team and a smurf account, game was lost 5 minutes in with 0 chance of coming back because my team just started hard inting.

OCE matchmaking man, I'm archon 6 and actively playing in these games 60% of my games

37936292 37936922 37935081 37934438 37934119 These were all within my last 6 games, completely unwinnable rank imbalance in 4 of them and the phantom average game my team had 3 archons or below and enemy team had 2 eternus players and 2 ascendants.

My shaders are refusing to load, it gets to about 99% and restarts every time. Tried everything to fix, reinstalled the game, tried disabling shaders, tried switching from dlss to stretch and also tried switching to directx11 and vulcan and back, shaders are completely broken since the shop update.

As the title says, i use left alt to upgrade abilities bc i hate having my cursor on my screen and sometimes it just uses the ability instead of upgrading it even though Im holding left alt.

My shaders wont load unless i go into the sandbox first, however if im in a custom game it will force me to leave the custom game instead instead of the sandbox

If dynamo ults while yamato is channelling ult yamato will get caught in it despite being in an unstoppable state. This bug has survived about 4 or 5 patches. The game is constantly getting worse and worse with no major patch in sight. Please do something.

I'm quitting deadlock for the foreseeable future because this is every game for me, I was oracle 2 a week ago but for some reason im either getting in lobbies like this or deranking for winning my games. Please adjust the matchmaker to extend the queue times and prioritise players being matched...
