i was able to resolve my wierd fps issue by setting fsr scaling to native then back to one of the other options. it instantly had my fans ramp down and fps went back to normal.

usa west coast - mm keeps putting me in 130-150ping servers/ games. will eat low pri games over wasting my time with eu/russian players.
