Shiv's Knives are supposed to bounce to an e nearby enemy when you have max rage, but it seems to be inconsistent at the moment. Here are two instances of this failing within the same game:

CDR affects Headhunter and Crippling Headshot but not the Spirit Rend headshot proc.

In this clip I try to add a Healing Booster to the Quickbuy queue (by replacing Extra Charge) while Superior CD is already on the queue. Instead of adding Healing Booster to the end of the queue, the game instead pushes Superior CD to the end:

In this clip you can see that I receive a 106 soul bounty per deny while a regular enemy trooper bounty is only worth 88 souls. Is this intended?

When your inventory is full and you're trying to replace an item, the shop menu just gets stuck and there is no way to exit, leading to situations like this where your character can get killed for it:
