here is a video, it seems like a bug.
I'm standing the aoe from Hyper Beam but I don't take any damage because Bebop can't see me.
as soon as I move into Bebop's line of sight I take damage from the AOE.
Wraith's Card Trick also doesn't have a lightning icon that other heroes have with time between charges, instead she has a normal cooldown icon, but Card Trick isn't affected by cooldown reduction either
