When Arcane Surge is used before Last Stand, it will affect every pulse for the entire duration as long as the ability has not been upgraded to T3. Once that upgrade has been unlocked it will only be the first pulse that is affected from the extra spirit power.

I must admit I didn't actually know about this. After spending some time testing it I like how it interacts with healbane and would like to change my suggestion to a T4 upgrade to healingbooster that further helps it in the lategame when enemies can stack toxic bullets, leeach and decay...
Since unstoppable no longer affects anti-heal and I really enjoyed that synergy for Wardens ult I think it is possible to balance this ability as a seperate item.
Be it a T4 upgrade for debuff remover or it's own T4 item.
