+1, i have a similar issue, had no problems durign the initial patch. Some matches are free of this problem though, other matches started freezing during mid to late game fights. I'm on win10, all my drivers are up to date, rtx 2060, ryzen 7 9800x3d. I have no major FPS drops, just straight 1-3...

i'm having the samey issue, some matches go perfectly fine (not a single stutter), others stutter during each fight. Sometimes the stuttering starts happening during mid to late game, so i guess it might be connected to some items.
