Update: The following settings fixed the launch for me: -m_rawinput +citadel_unit_status_use_new true -dx11 -novid Obviously, the first two are for fun, but the second two help (forcing dx11) is the real fix. Was told to try out Vulkan because dx11 was going to go away soon. Sad to hear it...

As an update, the game just doesn't work for me now. I just get a crash on launch all the time. Sad.
