Very simple to recreate, just go to patron and stand near edge of pit of medium distance, and the cards will fly away from the patron core and never end up hitting and dealing damage. Unfortunately just lost a game to this bug because I couldnt end the game in time.

Examples of Items that say *any* damage (from or to) that work correctly: Reactive Barrier (from walker stomp), Spirit Burn

Basically the title, was testing recharging rush on minions for a Wraith build, and verified it doesn't count the 200 on NPCs, I think this should be included on the tooltip to be consistent with other items in the shop.
Shiv crashed while loading, and then game started with abandon (after nobody had left) which pocket then left due to the abandon penalty he didnt realize I guess.
