How to reproduce:
1) Open scoreboard
2) Click on Incoming Damage tab
3) Click on time span dropdown menu
4) Without choosing any time span(without closing dropdown menu) release Scoreboard button
If done correctly dropdown menu will stay on screen and you will not be able to move

Unexpected behavior: after updates cleared hotkeys resets to default button which already used for another action and popup shows as above
What it should be: updates shouldn't reset cleared hotkeys to default
