After reviving I wasn't able to cast my puddle punch I was pressing the button but the punch would never come out on any surface I use quick cast for all my abilities as well. If you look towards the very end I am trying to puddle punch clearly below the patron but nothing comes out and right...
21465949 four out of 6 players were unable to get a kill and was a complete unfair stomp. I queued with someone with a lower MMR than me (Dynamo) I don't know if this affected the overall matchmaking quality.
