MatchID 59965370 Due to bloodletting and possibly infuser, shiv was not dying each time he'd use unstable concotion, in fact it left him at 40% hp allowing him to use it multiple times per fight. Since the item says 'you die and explode' it shouldn't interact with bloodletting in this way.

I have my new settings so that I only hear things from party members. I left my party and queued up a soloqueue street brawl game. I could hear the voice chat of all my teammates. Clearly whatever I have it set to before the game does not preserve during the game.
